[8 WashApp Page 529] Mr. Brown appeals from an order of the trial court reinstating alimony payments in the sum of $500 per month to his former wife. The final payment of alimony pursuant to an order of the court fixing alimony at $500 per month for a period of 30 months was made on or around September, 1970. On February 25, 1972, a new show cause and petition to modify the alimony award was filed. On May 26, 1972, the trial court ordered that the decree of divorce entered herein is modified by reinstating an alimony award of $500.00 per month to be paid by defendant to plaintiff on the first day of each month commencing June 1, 1972.
